This Privacy Policy describes how Vorticus (“Vorticus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with this website and our early access program. Vorticus is in an early, pre-launch stage. This policy will be expanded as the product moves toward general availability, and we will notify early access applicants of any material changes.

Information we collect

When you submit an early access application, we collect:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Company name and role
• Company size
• The primary business development challenge you describe to us

We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as IP address) for the purpose of preventing spam and abuse of the application form.

How we use information

We use the information submitted through the early access form to:

• Evaluate and respond to early access applications
• Communicate with applicants about the status of their request
• Understand demand and prioritize product development
• Protect the form against spam and automated abuse

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Where information is stored

Early access applications are stored using Supabase, our database provider, and may be processed by Resend for transactional email delivery when that integration is enabled. Both providers act as data processors under the terms of their own security and privacy commitments.

Data retention

We retain early access application data for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request and, if you become a customer, to support your account. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
